Our friends of Southern Oaks Realty approached us about this property and asked us if we would like to work on it together...uh, yeah! The 2,700 sq. ft. home was built in the 1970's on 5 acres, and nestled amidst a tree farm on the outskirts of Fuquay-Varina, NC. Much of the money spent was on things unseen to get the home safe and functioning perfectly for the next owner. We put our hands on every surface thereafter, stripping, painting, building, tiling, and shining!
