Knowing your audience could never be important when you are purchasing a property specifically as an investment.  This ultimately drove the neutral boho chic vibe in this downtown short-term rental.  The house has a great yard to hang-out while enjoying the atmosphere of music from the breweries and restaurants, people walking to the shops, the high school marching band, and the church bells.  We modified the floor plan to create a 3 bed/1.5 bath, and there is plenty of parking.
